ABOUT ching's FOOD TOURS
Hong Kong is a city of endless culinary surprises, but the best bites are often tucked away in places most tourists never find. That’s where I come in. I’m Ryan—a lifelong food lover having created my own restaurants in this amazing city. My family roots run deep in this city, and after exploring all corners I'm ready to share them with you!
Having transitioned out of corporate life I'm embarking on my food adventures and just want excited participants to join! I know what makes a great dining experience, and I’m here to share not just amazing food, but the stories behind the dishes, the people who make them, and how this city has evolved over the years.

MEET OUR GUIDE
HK native, serial food lover. Opened up some banh mi shops, went corporate, now back to doing what I love: Finding good food and enjoying it with good company. HK has been through massive changes in the past decade and I would love to share these experiences with new arrivals; the good, the bad, and the absolutely stunning.
