Service Description

Welcome to the HK Island Food Crawl, a journey through the flavors, history, and vibrant streets of Hong Kong’s beating heart. This tour is designed for food lovers who want to go beyond the usual tourist spots and experience the city’s best bites—one delicious stop at a time. From there we'll take a stroll up the mid-level escalators and make our way across to Sheung Wan, taking in the lively atmosphere, a neighborhood where old meets new. Along the way, we’ll pass by famous landmarks and hidden gems, making time for some incredible photo ops. Our pre-final stop will be at one of the most popular roast meat vendors in the city (which you won't read about in the guidebooks). The tour will finish at a rooftop bar for some sunset drinks with some stunning visions of the HK skyline Itinerary: 1. Meet at Central MTR, overview of the area (10 minutes) 2. Food stop 1 - Michelin rated roast goose (30 minutes) 3. Food stop 2 - Quenching our thirst with one of HK's most popular beverages (10 minutes) 4. Food stop 3 - Matching those beverages with the iconic HK egg tart, where we will try both traditional and the current hippest egg tarts in town (20 minutes) 5. Mid-levels Escalator - A bit of a walk up the longest escalator system in the word to burn off some calories and learn more about the neighbourhood (20 minutes) 6. Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan - We'll pass by this famous strip to peek into numerous boutiques and also landmarks for photo opportunities (10 minutes) 7. Food stop 4 - Now that we're hungry again, time to try HK's famous wonton noodles! (20 minutes) 8. Food stop 5 - A bit of dessert eating HK's egg waffles in an assortment of flavours (10 minutes) 9. Food stop 6 - Our final food stop, the tour is not complete without trying out famous Cantonese Roast BBQ platters at one of the most famous places in the city (30 minutes) 10. Food stop 7 - Our final stop sees us at a rooftop bar with the iconic HK skyline ahead of us. First round of drinks on the house! Q&A time for all questions HK (30 minutes).
